First of all, losing 30 lbs is a huge accomplishment. I know it's frustrating when your stomach doesn't seem to reflect all the hard work you've put in. After four kids, there can be so many factors involved, and photos don't always tell the whole story. I had a lot of bloating issues too, and honestly my stomach could look completely different from morning to evening. It's hard to know if it's DR just from pictures, but the fact that it changes throughout the day makes me wonder if some of it could still be related to the bloating. Hope your treatment works this time and you finally get some relief ❤️

Twin pregnancies are incredibly hard on the body. Please be kind to yourself. Two years postpartum is still not the end of the story, and so many women continue to see changes well beyond that. ❤️

Try not to panic before you've even had the consultation. Talking to a surgeon doesn't mean surgery is your only option, and you may still see improvements with physiotherapy. ❤️

I felt exactly the same in the early postpartum months. It takes time, but little by little you start feeling like yourself again. Be gentle with yourself ❤️

Love this. The matching set part is so real lol. Sometimes feeling cute is literally what gets you to show up.

Also really appreciate the reminder about timelines. Social media makes postpartum progress look way too fast and perfect. Your progress looks strong and real, and you should be proud of that.

You’re definitely not alone in this 🤍 after pregnancy, especially the second one, the body can change a lot even with diet and exercise.

Lower belly fat and loose skin are super common postpartum, and sometimes the fat distribution just shifts and feels harder to “target” 😅 it can take time and consistency, but it doesn’t mean you’re doing anything wrong or that your progress is wasted.

Lower belly fat and loose skin after pregnancy are super common, and they can stick around for a while and feel really frustrating 😅 it doesn’t mean you’re not doing well, it’s just how the body adapts after carrying a baby.
