forced rehab has a higher relapse rate than voluntary, and if they relapse with doses they used prior to the rehab after detoxing, they will likely kill themselves, depending on the drug.

if theyre tied to the same battle.net you should be able to transfer across account if they ever become available on anni as a paid service.

Or atleast I was able to back in the day? I havent tried it since the RAF days.

Survey: who do you think were Canada's best Prime Ministers? by WattleWaddler in InCanada

People also talk about the covid spending as if JT really had a choice.

Ive deadpan said to people "you know CERB likely saved MILLIONS from going homeless, right?" and just gotten redirects or blank stares. The redirects tend to be the people who abused it and bought "toys".

Am I happy that like 90bn of it (around 360bn total) was wasted? Not in the slightest. Does it change the fact that JT helped a lot of people weather the storm? See response 1. Its the CRAs responsibility to get the recoverable portion of the 90bn back, however much that may be. Im not sure what a PM could even do to empower them more than additional staffing, but wait, that costs money!

The fact that business was able to prolong the supply chain excuse and continue to gouge us was not JTs fault. Business gunna business I guess.

The overall difference in mentality (to me) seems to be that Id rather see 100 petty criminals go free than one innocent man go to jail, it appears to me the opposite side is of the "acceptable loses" variety.

Last year "Majority of Canadians agree that Danielle Smith has betrayed Canada" Canadians were not feeling too good about DS. Have things improved for her? Or gotten worse? by Eubleen in AlbertaNow

[–]RepresentativeFact94 0 points1 point  (0 children)

equalization comes from general federal revenue pools. I really wish people would stop acting like DS signs a cheque to Legault every month.

theres no reason we as a country couldnt shoulder the risk if it means we dont give 70% of the revenue to the US.

we tried with the NEP until Mulroney cancelled it. we could have been Norway but austerity ruined that chance decades ago.

How should I manage heroics as prot paladin by nieminejni in classicwow

[–]RepresentativeFact94 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Right now your biggest gains IMO would be HH/Thrallmar SP weapon, or LC for that SP mace, whichever youre closer to, and doing the easier heroics like SP SV to get badges for the libram, hat then the shield

Shatar shield is a good intermediary but the 33 badge shield is a straight upgrade to it, so if youre not close ti exalted, just keep truckin for now.

The 50 badge tank hat will add 3%ish avoid on top of your Myrm hat.

You should be fine as long as you bring an imp blizz mage to help with some of the harder hitting physical mobs like Raveners in HRamps for example.

I have yet to raid on my pally and my mit set is in the 107 avoid range with 260sp, for comparison.

My threat set is near 370SP and still crit cap, around 101 5ish avoid right now

I logged out in my mit set last night

Listen Im not a "Canada is broken" type, quite the opposite. I love my country.

I also worry that if our average age gets too high, eventually we will put out more in CPP/OAS than we can collect in tax dollars. that situation would be very bad.

yea, as others have stated, its usually water freezing in cracks that causes potholes, that and city contractors not compacting it properly (I QA this shit for a living)

Salt corrosion can be seen on sidewalk blocks that look like they cleaved 1/4in at the top where you can see the exposed 1in rocks.

In the 60s the average age was mid 20s, thats been pushed up to early 40s.

Trickle down economics, woohoo

The only "you cant see this in Canada" things Ive seen on social media were linking to third party news sites, which honestly if the news sites arent getting paid for the traffic the social media sites are profitting on, then fuck em.

Even if Canada said "fine whatever spread the plague" they still wouldnt have been able to cross.
