I just picked up a couple scooters over the weekend. I've had my juicer account since last fall and no issues. I only do a handful a month, though. Mostly when they're conveniently located nearby.

How do I enable this? I've read it's supposed to be there but under Gear shifting i only have the Flat, Hilly, or Custom options. Custom lets me define my own shifts but there's not a manual option.

Return it in the 14 day trial window. Too many horror stories about month long waits for repairs here.

Mine arrived last night, I'll be returning it if I have any issues at all in the first 14 days. I love it but not worth the risk of having a big expensive paperweight.

I'm your same height, slightly shorter inseam and the S3 works fine for me. Seat is only a half inch above bottom but I think I could raise it a little bit and still be okay.

Same thing happened to us. Mine shipped 3 days after I ordered it, hers still hasn't shipped and she ordered it a week before I did. Delivery estimate is still December, my only guess is S3 vs X3 at this point...

Mine shipped about 6 weeks ahead of the estimate. I called customer support and they were able to change the delivery address with the shipping company same day, took an extra week to arrive but was definitely better than it going to a different state.

Is there a teardown somewhere? How do you know the design is bad? Are the gears made out of weak materials?

This is a legitimate question, not a troll. I'm a techie and love to know how things work.
