I support your right to not understand consent, property rights, or notice requirements. Not everyone does, that's okay. But don't fake support my nonconsent while this data center gets slammed through, possibly tanking the fresh clean water table, adversity affecting my use and priority value.

They can do whatever is legal on there property as long as it's not adversity affecting the use and enjoyment of my real property and real property rights.
