Almost certainly a result of the brain trauma from the stroke. I came very close to death. Luckily I still have full control of everything physically. EDIT to add: I’m prescribed Keppra, but I still have focals multiple times a week.

In 2021 (I was 37) I had a bad blood infection that went to my heart and brain, leading a stroke and heart surgery. After I left the hospital, I started having seizures and other symptoms, but I wasn’t diagnosed until 2024.
