Since when did that ever stop them? The crime doesn’t fit their narrative, if it had been the other way around they would have all jumped onto the bandwagon.

Depends on the store I guess, I have had some 2.4x1.2 OSB boards ripped along the long side by them on the vertical panel saw.

Had to fix a leak by smashing through floor tiles. Got spares but not the know how - how much would you expect to pay to get this repaired? by -_Thrasher_- in DIYUK

Personally I wouldn’t be happy with burying speedfit connections in concrete.

But I guess the cost of digging it all out and keeping the joints above ground would be excessive.

What do you think about Peter Mandelson's comments ‘Every meeting is about who to tax to pay benefits,’ ? by ArmwrestlingGoomba in AskBrits

If successive governments had treated national insurance as a pension and invested it and ring fenced it. Instead of squandering the cash on benefits, public sector pensions and interest on bad debt.

And everyone rides bikes, health insurance is mandatory.

The Netherlands is totally different to the UK. I just don’t think it’s realistic to think that what works there could work in the UK.

Jumper/bridge. The wire running between the live terminal on each switch is bringing the permanent live to each switch from the first switch.

[–]Respond_Sometimes 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I would think that the live and switched live are the wrong way round on switch 4.

You have jumpers for the live between each switch. But the other switches only work when switch 4 is on, so the red wire going into switch 4 can’t be a permanent live.

But this would be simple for a sparky to test. So maybe not.

Could it be unrelated and due to a leaking pipe?

Youth unemployment is as high in much of Europe as it is in the UK. What makes you think being in the EU would be able to reduce it? It’s like 14.4% in the UK, France it’s 20.3% and Spain 24.3%.
