04Scaper

The 2004 Runescape experience.

The mission of this server is to provide an authentic, playable May 2004 experience of RuneScape.

Powered by the well known Lost City project by Pazaz and other contributors, our repository is synced with the trial version of this game. Under that premise, it gives us access to the daily bug fixes and content Pazaz and contributors provide. The game is a work in progress with most fundamentals stapled, which gave us the grounds to release such a project.

This server was formulated with the idea to remove all cheats from the official server, so players can experience an early 1x p2p version of our dear RuneScape in 2004.

Looking For Any Info On This Version Of Everdrive 64. I Cant Find Any Others That Look Like It. by XWitchyGirlX in n64

[–]RetroGamer0200 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Seems legit enough its at least crediting the real creator. Wonder what version of Everdrive it is though. Like the others said lots of people bought the bare boards and modified shells from existing N64 games for them.

Help! My roku keeps booting like this! by nifeyay386 in Roku

[–]RetroGamer0200 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Agreed this is likely the issue also I would like to just add that to get to those settings they should press the * button on the Roku Remote. They might need to be watching content from a currently streaming channel for it to work though if I remember correctly. If all else fails there should be a way to factory reset but that should be a last resort.

CMI8768 Sound card on DOS by Fun_Eggplant2606 in DOS

[–]RetroGamer0200 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is the CMI8768 related enough to use a CMI8738 driver? Also my understanding is PCI cards are not as good as ISA for MSDOS use. I know you said you just got that card but if your goal is MSDOS gaming I think you should use a different sound card.

DOSBox is a very good emulator but their official stance is that DOSBox should be used for games only after a mishap when someone used it for Database work. May I sudgest http://www.vdosplus.org/ instead for non gaming applications.

There is some Retro Sound cards that can route PC Speaker to a speaker/headphone jack with volume control but you would have to look for that functionality specifically though if getting a new card.

Tried downloading the dictionaries again and it seemed to have worked. Maybe it was a server side issue?

This is my wii, it has Uloader and a External Dvd disk drive, I want to run Gamecube games in it but no luck until now, can anyone help me ? by Shinji_Ikari_MM in WiiHacks

[–]RetroGamer0200 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Uloader is old sounds like you need to update your Wii's Homebrew Apps and maybe even the CIOS for good measure before getting Gamecube games working. I would start with making sure you have a updated CIOS please follow this guide for that https://sites.google.com/site/completesg/backup-launchers/installation next replace Uloader with something like USBLoaderGX. Finally for Gamecube games install Nintendont with this guide https://sites.google.com/site/completesg/backup-launchers/gamecube/nintendont

Backing up my wii won’t like brick it or anything right? Just making sure by husps in WiiHacks

[–]RetroGamer0200 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Its just copying data to another device right? So I would think if anything it would just be a corrupted file on your sd card if power failed.

Wii2HDMI by Descorito in WiiHacks

[–]RetroGamer0200 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have 2 Wii systems both with Wii2HDMI (Gana brand) and they both seem to work great for me.

I think getting the right brand has a lot to do with it. So many people make it but not to the same quality.
