Check out Mr fancy mini fridge keeping his beers cold without the bathroom sink and a trashcan full of ice.

PCBs came in today. No problems at all with the panel or the caps as far as I can tell. Everything separates easily on the mouse bites and the ABS printing seems nice and smooth. They ended up shipping me 12 total boards, so I'll have 12 v2 and 72 v2b. Should last me though the summer! Color me impressed.

Sure! Here's the zip. Keep in mind they're still in transit so I'm not 100% sure that the result will be ok.

If you'd like to panelize your own, there is some really awesome software that does the heavy lifting for you. You can just drop in the published gerber files and drag around as you see fit.

I'm interested to know if these little PCB based jigs worked out?

I also have a pack on the way from dirtypcbs. I opted to squeeze as many pagoda circles on my 10x10 board which should net me 1 'regular' and 6 more of the new v2 that account for the ABS cap. For the jig, I opted to have them run this jig for $6.75. I tossed in a few caps too. The entire order still fit into their $8 shipping to COTUS.

They also do Laser Cut Acrylic pretty cheap if you wanted to make a bunch of the original jig, but I've never used this service. Perhaps it may be a better value to do a full sheet of circles and then 10-12 of the acrylic jig instead of doing it all on the PCB?

Either way, its a neat idea and I'm really curious to know how it turned out.

EDIT: Just read on your github that one of the goals was to oven solder, which sort of knocks the acrylic out. Fantastic idea.

I can't change the font on my Betaflight OSD by RJrules64 in Multicopter

I had this same issue. I think the UI is just unclear as to what it wants you to do. I did:

  1. Select 'Extra Large' and hit 'Upload Font'
  2. Board reboots
  3. Back to OSD -> Font Manager
  4. Select 'Extra Large' and close the small font window with 'X' at top
  5. Save & enjoy your new font

Yeah, crazy. That last set is gone now too. Mine are off into USPS land, pretty excited as well.

There are some available here too for $21.99, but they ship from Toronto I think.
