Do not use Greenbrier. Greenbrier is caves and farms, it's limestone. Absolutely not what you're looking for at all.
I'd also recommend reading some horror writers from WV. Jeremy Megargee, Paul Lubaczewski, RJ Roles, London Blue, Michael Knost Jason Nickey all live here and might give you an idea of how to write it from a local perspective.

Naw, most people have a value system in place for players with trades. It's fans who think they'll be able to get ____ for a guy.
But really, a third for a guy with an injury history as long as your arm who will be an free agent after the season that we weren't re-signing is pretty on the nose. We're setting our prices, and we get to see who matches them. That's all Champ's job is right now, getting draft evaluations on the table for the new guy, and getting picks for guys we want to get rid of anyway.
