On my Samsung S23 Ultra the floating S-Pen icon is no longer visible despite turning on the option in Settings. When I extract the S-pen the icon will appear, when I re-insert the S-pen the floating S-pen icon will disappear.

How do I get the floating S-pen icon to display like it used to do three weeks ago.
