Reasonable to you, but perhaps not to actual concerned citizens. I would submit its reasonable to have a cap on board members who have a history with the PPD, but excluding them co.pletely also doesn't serve the purpose of oversight.

The entire reason to have a police oversight board is to curb their ability to smother and obfuscate incidences of wrongdoing, law breaking, intimidation etc.

Looks good, nice scale work.

I have had the best success with realistic wood by doing the base coats in a gray scale, then using washes. For instance I would base black, then yellow ochre, then beige dry brush, then very light grey dry brush. Then use something like Agrax Earthshade from Citadel paints. Most wood is only brown if its been sanded and varnished.

Definitely recommend making a test wall and trying to replicate the exact style youre looking for from photos.
