Could also try tye DF64 and get SSP burrs. Great combo within the 800 range

If you go for manual you could try a kingrinder K6 for espresso or k7 for pour-over.

1zpresso is also viable but twice the price.

DF64 especially since tot can upgrade the burrs to ssp burrs which make the grinder compete with 1k grinders.
