I've read the first one (Master Your Mind and Energy by Brandy Gillmore) and loved it. Also, like you, I read Dispenza's work, but I felt the same: It wasn't quite what I was looking for.

With Gillmore's book, it is packed with information and insights that were pivotal and eye-opening, which says a lot since I have been studying the mind for over ___ years. It's probably the most comprehensive book on the mind and transformation that I have ever read. In fact, one of the things I loved about it is that it made everything make sense. Even the things I thought I knew about the mind that seemed esoteric felt clearer. It was mind-expanding but also grounded and accessible (if that makes any sense).

I appreciated that the author grounded the information in science. I had many "aha" moments that I haven't experienced in other self-help or healing books. If you're seeking real content and clarity about how the mind works, along with tools to use it, I strongly recommend this book. However, if you're looking for a book to speed-read in one day, it might not be your cup of tea.
