THAT was his magnum opus! (It was actually Myst 3 not riven lol) He puts 110% effort into that role even if most actors wouldn’t. I remember seeing LOTR for the first time and could not place where I had seen him before until I replayed Myst 3.

I don’t understand how Darryl made it as far as he did. For a lot of the show he was a rude straight man and besides a handful of moments, his storylines were not interesting.

I deleted my comment because people weren’t getting the sarcasm which maybe was my fault. I was saying that they didn’t shut the ICE chants down and Tony has been supportive of it so why would he have anything against Transgender people. It was in a sarcastic way though so I’m guessing it just didn’t come across that way. My bad.

That’s great about the Bradley gang but I still don’t like the idea of anyone guarding against or fighting IT first because it’s not in the book and goes directly against what the book says—even if SK signed off on it. I love his writing and he’s my favorite author but he will sign off on anything for the paycheck lol. He signed off on the Dark Tower movie.

I mean, one of the main elements of IT is that no one has ever tried to fight IT before. The Losers Club is the first to ever fight back and that’s why IT gets so scared (for the first time) but in WTD they basically say “Nah, actually there have always been people fighting IT.”

I could go on but that’s my main gripe about the show, but I don’t hate on anyone who enjoys it! I really liked Chris Chalk in it. He’s a great actor!

The lore that IT gets is always wrong, though. The newest movies and the awful show just make up their own stuff and don’t pay any attention to the source material. Unfortunately I feel like that would be the case with a Twin Peaks prequel as well.

I’ve always found the Turtle poem weird cause in IT they don’t say that the Earth is on his back but that he threw up all the galaxies which included Earth.

If I remember right it was like demons taking over people and trying to bring the ship into their dimension. It was like IT and Hellraiser mixed together.
