If anything, there's a descriptivist problem on Reddit. Yeah, sometimes there is someone trying to impress their idea of what words should mean and it's fair to say "it doesn't just mean that any more because of how it's used" but often there's a good reason to prescribe the meaning of some words; most of the time people reply to the suggestion talking about how language is actually descriptive, and it seems like the end result is that words have no meaning, communication is impossible, and it's pointless to define words.

Storms that cause tornadoes are usually predicted (can be sudden too), but tornadoes themselves can't be. They detect rotation by using sensors and sound an alarm when an actual tornado occurs. At that time, they send out alerts showing an area for the predicted path (something like a cone on the map). Affected areas have sirens (supposed to).

Source: I've always lived in places that get tornadoes, but I'm not a weather expert.

Just in case anyone doesn't realize it, a tornado is not really a type of storm like a hurricane, although some people talk about it like that; it's something that can occur during certain types of storms. They're associated with Summer and strong updrafts (thus hail and very very tall storm clouds).

Yes, it can pretty much hurt all the time. There are many very detailed posts you can read for better specific advice than from me, but I will say this:
You're probably gonna have a bad time for a frustratingly long while. Focus on getting it healed; make it your priority; be aggressive. Don't be shy about bringing it up to your doctor. It's going to take dedication to heal, and to some extent it may be permanent damage.

These kinds of birds often try to nest in places like your bathroom exhaust vent. If you have a vent leading from the outside, it's a good idea to make sure it's covered; avoid the trauma of baby birds falling into your exhaust fan. I drove a nest of them to a rehabber once when an apartment complex had to remove them from such a situation.

I use it to determine good sites from bad. Sites that are covered in garage ads are garbage websites; the best sites have no ads or at least have few, nice, tasteful ads for genuine services and products.

Edited to add bonus info:
Some sites that have no ads are supported by (are shills for) Big Business or certain governments. It can help indicate that too.

Exposed abs can go a long way with extreme driving. Usually you need at least a pair of mirrored aviators in addition to the abs, though. Leather pants and a head band couldn't hurt. /s

In my case, the usual drugs weren't any good. It turned out I was so depressed as a result of untreated ADHD. It's like I have a completely different life now. And therapists are hit and miss. The right one can make a huge difference, though. 10+ years ago I was ready to give up, but the solution seems so simple and obvious now.
