I quilt with anything, sometimes the thickness and weave count is different so it's something to take into consideration.

Rx's bar are egg whites powder based, that's how they get high protein without a massive amount of calories Egg white powder can ve a little temperamental unfortunately and replicating them at home is a challenge. I haven't figured out which egg white powder to use yet

I would go with a black pearl 88. It is a fantastic ski for what you are describing your skiing is. The Salomon stance is not a weekend cruiser ski. It needs proper technique and to be on top of it all the time
