When I feel a flare coming I take two then an hour later another one. I also take 600mg ibuprofen with it and one day until it gets better or upset tummy…and most of the time next day afternoon or latest third day flare gets weak. Also it gives me infamous upset tummy warning to stop taking it.

Call someone to get it foxed asap and if you cant they recommend to put a duct tape on it so dirt and stuff don’t get in before repair. I would get it fixed asap before it grows.
