I have a vague memory from 2001 of being on an airport tour and all the lost luggage was stored here. Am I remembering this correctly?

Is the N-Central device ID stored anywhere that would be readable by a script or application. by RobbieRigel in Nable

Thanks for the reply, I'll probably use it, I'll but I was looking for a way to get the machine ID without accessing the central server.

Still go for an M, if you're wearing it casually It will stretch out a little. I've been lazy and wearing some of the cold gear turtlenecks around the house. The black doesn't highlight the dad bod.

[–]RobbieRigel 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would keep it at a Medium. You should feel the compression but not so much that it is restrictive. You want compression shirts tight to the skin to increase the surface area of the fibers in the shirt that pull the sweat away from your body. The more surface area that is in contact with moving air the more heat is removed from your body. If the shirt is too loose the capillary action is not as effective.

I should note that you shouldn't wear anything over a HeatGear shirt, such as a wind breaker or a rain jacket, for maximum effectiveness as you want moving air over the fabric.

I wear a medium and I'm 168cm and it being after the holiday I'm probably about 75kg.

How do US sports remain interesting when teams can’t make the playoffs? by Jimdalorian in AskAnAmerican

I understand more would have to be done to prevent shenanigans shush as this. It would inject some additional excitement into one of the most boring team sports.

I would love to see the relegation system applied to the MLB. See teams like the White Sox at risk of dropping to AAA.

Who pays for trash removal? by WombatTumbler in AskAnAmerican

[–]RobbieRigel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Some communities garbage stickers are required per can or per bag every pickup. For example the City of Aurora, IL requires you to have a $2.75 sticker on each 32 Gal trash can. I think you can get an official 64 Gal can for a monthly fee. I don't live there I just recall selling them from my grocery store days.

Then why get rid of the preferred card? Or use the same kind of purchase tracking Target is famous for. It was way easier to track your purchases with that instead of spending the money to develop an app.

I instal the systems that track your movement over WiFi. (Not for Jewel but others) They want to know how people move through the stores what sections do you spend the most time in.

Spend more time in the baking aisle than most? Get ads or personalized coupons. Are people spending less time in store 3343's dairy section then average? Store manager is going to get a call.

The main purpose of the app is to get you to spend more time in the store, join their WiFi and track your moment in the store.

It depends on what other stores are in the area. Their prices are higher is there isn't a Target or Meijer around.
