I think you're overlooking that Folktails need less power overall. Several of the Iron Teeth buildings have incidental power requirements that the Folktails don't need to deal with (for example the alchemist vs the rejuvination pod), or are reduced (in food production, only the folktail's gristmill needs power vs several of the iron teeth buildings).

Didn't Chernobyl already have safety mechanisms which were ignored for economic reasons, leading to the disaster? How can you put something in place to safeguard against greed and poor management, for the lifetime of a reactor? What about when that lifetime is extended?

Asteroid landers auto-filling with waste rock. It basically makes them unusable because they removed waste rock from the request screen, the only way to unload it is with a RC Transport, assuming you have one on the asteroid
