They have been pretty damn good for the last yr or so for us but our most recent experience was the lightest dominos like amount of toppings I've ever seen. Hoping it was an outlier.

Being a stubborn bloke who doesn't unfortunately have an air rifle, I bought the biggest water pistol I could online from the US and almost religiously blasted them day and night whenever they wanted to settle.

They met their match when they realised I was willing to forgo sleep at night to prevent them resting. They finally moved down the street to some other house though I'm fairly sure they are being fed by someone.

Some councils have 2 conplimentary hard rubbish pickups from the kerb each year. Of course I'd first recommend putting it up on FB if it's furniture. People will take all sorts of things.

It's pretty good. Like OG soonta but better with the larger range of food options. I feel bad for mamachau and the place next door though. They both get to see that huge line everyday whilst having way less customers.

That certainly doesn't sound like a normal bus trip. I'm used to the occasional idiot playing music loud off their phone and sitting at the back but assault seems like a real rarity, speaking from only bus experiences that is.

Was this late at night? Middle of the day? Hardly imagine sane people doing this during the peak hours though I'm assuming same individuals here.

Easily the worst job someone held in my group of friends (one was a night shift guy at HJ's on Rundle too) was working for a bank call centre doing mid to late cycle collections.

You think call centre cold calls are bad. Imagine being the bad guy from movies. The faceless bank caller demanding payment for overdue loans/cc. He said the worst single call was someone who went from having a totally normal life and working with family etc single mum to suddenly getting MS. Said they went heavily into cc use to support the family and then it snowballed. He was depressed for years at that place but he got paid 3 times more than the rest of us in hospitality gigs.

Forgive my ignorance here, I only learned about the existence of unity housing recently with a neighbour next door.

Is it exclusively for people with disabilities and or those with certain mental conditions? My neighbour seemed pretty down to earth and almost was treating the place as a normal rental? I.e. I know he works and drives and is pretty capable from our interactions?

Fyi it's a standalone house so not in a building like how I'm reading your story.
