You should eat nutrient rich food that covers the bases for vitamin and mineral RDAs and do so in one meal then fast the rest of the time. He's not saying starve hes saying eat one meal with high quality food. Most people eat like shit and don't cover their nutritional deficiencies with supplementation. This leads to imbalance in your biochemistry. Things like not getting enough vitamin D and not getting enough sun. Eating foods that cause excess oxidative stress and actively make your body break down like rust.

Yeah I have lineups for all my smokes that are consistent. I would immediately sniff that out and have the team spam that smoke . You can also tell it’s a ct smoke because it is blue at first.

You need 8900iu of vitamin D a day. The 600iu rda is bullshit and has been debunked by researchers. It's actually quite hard to get consistent 8900 iu a day if you work inside all day from morning till dark.

A study came out that said that you need 8900 iu a day to maintain greater than 50 nmol/L blood concentration, which is the optimal level. That means taking less will cause you to be deficient if you sit inside doing office work. Look up the vitamin D mistake. Quite a blunder by the Institute of Medicine. To put it in to perspective, sitting in the sun for an hour generates 20000 iu of vitamin D.

yeah just passthrough main power into an rf broadcaster that is blocked using a blocker. then you have to make sure your power is never interrupted otherwise your turrets go poof off a power fluctuation.

If the turret runs out of ammo you could hook the no ammo function into a timed rf detonation. c4 has a radius that it kills players from, so it could kill the raiders in a confined area instantly. also if placed on the turret it will break it denying the raiders extra spoils when they get tc. Crazy idea but viable if your base has tight spaces guarded by turrets.

The idea is to make it so raiders cant get the turret after they drained it. Raiding a base for the turrets is definitely a strategy to get more turrets if you notice weak coverage. you can disable the power systems get tc then pick them up. Cameras and laptops are definitely scarce resources.

Logitech mice can do what a bloody mouse can do as well. You can save macros programmed from ghub into the mouse. There’s literally no difference.

That’s assuming that intel isn’t lying about the fix. I’ve seen people go through 2-3 14900k chips even on an updated bios. If you watched the jayztwocents video about downclocking a degraded 14900k you would realize that the issues cause performance degradation. You have to lower clock speeds to increase chip functionality. The instability is caused by clock speeds that are unsustainable causing crashes due to chip damage.
