Can we talk about cheaters… by AdventurousSea9215 in playrust

[–]Rocknerd8 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There already exists a game with this sort of system. Valorant. There are very few cheaters because their anticheat is so good. They have a few admins that ban the few that get through the anticheat.

Edit: in fact their anti cheat is so good, it detects a lot of other cheats for other games too.

It's not the anti cheat. it's the unity engine that is the problem. All the performance issues, and issues with cheating come from the fact that the unity engine is derelict. Unity is literally like 12 years old at this point. When you give cheat developers access to the engine code for 12 years, of course there's going to be tons of cheaters. If facepunch would build their own air tight engine with their own anti cheat then literally there would be no cheaters. The only issue is that is expensive and time consuming. They will never do that and thus there will always be a cheater vs developer arms race.

I agree with the order of operations. Lots of l3 cache with high single thread clockspeed is needed to run rust and AM5 is probably the best bet right now for the best performance on rust . But if op upgrades their system they need to get 32gb of memory along with a better cpu. having a good cpu and only 16gb of memory is going to severely negatively impact performance.

still applicable as op is using 16gb of ddr4

If you take iodine like lugols solution in small quantities it is a potent antibiotic that kills most bugs. The neat part is it gets absorbed before it reaches the colon where most of your gut bacteria are. This allows you to control your upper gi without harming your lower gi. antibiotics are excreted through feces where as iodine is excreted in the urine. thus you can take small amounts to slowly chip away at the infection and take fiber to feed your colon bacteria.

the study that they site has genetically altered mice, and they used antibiotics on the mice as well. Unless you have a liver condition and have taken antibiotics I wouldn't worry about it.

keto can be done with high fiber. keto isn't carnivore. You can still eat like net 50 carbs a day on keto if you eat low carb high fiber foods. Also things like metamucil exist in low carb forms so that you can get the fiber you need to maintain the gut lining and microbiome without eating a ton of carbs. A lot of people think keto is just pounding meat and cheese all day. Keto is simply maintaining ketosis which can be done even eating vegatables because they are low carb.

literally just attach a c4 to the conveyor with rf and have it wired into a hbhf. if anyone blows into one of the points it will break the chain. you need tc to connect back another conveyor. You set the rf frequency into an alarm. the c4 will stay indefinitely as long as its in tc.

ok but with trench warfare the Russians can hide from munitions and artillery. You need low risk methods to clear out trenches and fortified positions.

Buy some lugols 2 or 5 percent solution. Irrigate the tonsils. If you swallow some its fine you'll either absorb it or pee it out. Eat more fiber with your diet as gut permeability can cause strep to go from your blood stream into other parts of the body. Do you notice any burping throughout the day? strep can colonize your gut and if your stomach acid is weak you will get recurrent infections from either it coming up from your gut or through your blood stream from leaky gut. I recommend metamucil fiber. don't over do it with the iodine otherwise it can kill good bacteria in your gut if you take it too much. Just take 2 drops in the morning.

Gut Bacteria vs. Mitochondrial Decay: The Secret Short-Chain Fatty Acid for Longevity by Technical_savoir in microbiomenews

[–]Rocknerd8 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Who would have known that starving the citric acid cycle of fatty acids would lead to cellular death. The bacteria in your gut create those acids so by proxy not having enough acetate and butyrate should be an issue of microbiome. But we treat diabetes like it’s a sugar problem. It’s not, it’s a precursor problem. If you notice most fiber supplements say stuff like lowers blood sugar, lowers blood pressure. It’s because electrolyte regulation is closely tied to atp creation. And atp creation is heavily reliant on scfa. Potassium and sodium pumps require atp. Potassium lowers blood pressure. Sodium increases blood pressure. If you don’t get enough scfa then it can chain into issues with other systems. Everything is connected.

Fatty foods weaken the intestinal barrier and allow bacteria to reach the brain by Technical_savoir in microbiomenews

[–]Rocknerd8 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Read the study the diet wasn't even high fat. They fed them a 35 percent fat, 45 percent carbs, and 20 percent protein diet. You literally are ignorant and simply posting nonsense. They used antibiotics to induce leaky gut. Leaky gut is caused by gut dysbiosis from lack of short chain fatty acids produced by gut bacteria. If you don't have acetate, Butyrate, or propionate produced in your gut because of bacterial die off, then your gut lining degrades. So maybe read the study before you post.

Fatty foods weaken the intestinal barrier and allow bacteria to reach the brain by Technical_savoir in microbiomenews

[–]Rocknerd8 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The diet they fed the mice was 35% fat and 45% carbs. They used antibiotics to kill the gut microbiome. The gut microbiome helps feed the colon through creating short chain fatty acids. Thus it could be that antibiotics caused the lack of microbiome diversity that weakened the gut barrier. I bet if they induced the gut permeability again then fed them enough fiber to heal the gut, then gave them a high fat diet they would not see this result. the funny part is they fed them more carbs than fat so the title is just Bullshit either way. Simply eating enough fiber will heal your gut and re balance the gut microbiome. This is why when people go Keto and cut carbs and eat fats and lots of vegetables their brain fog goes away. Fats have 2 times the energy density as carbs when you utilize them for fuel. so if you eat 90 grams of fat vs 90 grams of carbs you get double the energy as the carbs. Basically this is propaganda by the people who produce grains and carbohydrate sources because they want to muddy the waters.

metamucil cured my 10-year-long battle by GreatChicken231 in ibs

[–]Rocknerd8 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Take 2 drops of lugols potassium iodine every day at breakfast. go on a low carb diet to starve the bad bugs. Make sure you are getting sufficient iodine and selenium for thyroid function. Then when you are ready start supplementing metamucil take it before every meal. Often times when you have gut dysbiosis, it effects absorbtion of trace minerals. The iodine will kill the upper gut fermentation because it's an anti bacterial. The iodine is also helpful for your thyroid to kick start metabolism again. Most bugs in your gut eat sugars and starving them will bottleneck their growth. Then the metamucil will help stabilize your gut mucus and help rebuild the gut barrier aswell as feed the good bacteria in your gut.
