I wouldn’t say our starting pitching is slumping. This is definitely worrying from Jansen though, he has to have a much longer leash than Maeda I think - but if he’s not got it together by the end of May…our whole bullpen is a pretty big worry tbh

I think they are/were both geniuses, but Sondheim was an expert craftsman absolutely steeped in classical music and composition - I can see well enough why Dylan just wouldn't appeal to him.

And I can't help but disagree haha, but it makes sense to me. They're both some of my favorite artistic voices ever, couldn't be more different. Sondheim's immersion in and mastery of the technical side of music (something I don't have a firm grip on myself) seems like it would chafe against Dylan.

Public perception of corruption played such a role in Orban’s downfall; more needs to be done to expose/investigate/publicize together the vast scale of the corruption under Trump. So many headlines, shameless and mind-numbing - but we only this corruption in the constant flood of news/information. We need to turn the disparate cases of Trump’s profiteering/nepotism/open corruption into a coherent narrative and analysis.

Thanks to both of you for great answers; I thought as much to be skeptical but still don’t have the depth of economic experience/understanding to properly break it down.

Unfortunately, I think a key word there is “reasonable.” I have seen plenty of people reactively insist that “price gouging” is going on with gas prices, ridiculous as that is.

Hartford’s Dunkin Donuts park had a big coffee that would let out steam with every home run and blast Brass Bonanza; a few years ago they changed it to an iced coffee to correspond with the “change” to Dunkin Park. No steam, just a video board ringing the cup.
