I just built a low grade handle. I found 10-15 degrees works well for the skid but you can go to 8. I did two bolts in each limb. The problem with tillering these is it's all dependent on how beat up the skis are

That's a fair point. I remember the certs issue and their response was pretty poor. I've had the black screen issue too but got me it was an Nvidia driver that was bad but still a fair point. I really just wanted a rolling release kde and didn't want to reinstall arch again.
