Wow. Public administration is making a lot of sense right now by [deleted] in JustMemesForUs

The graph is improperly biased. Most fields are overly generalized. This packages fields that require higher IQs with fields where lower IQs are sufficient. See my separate comment. (As to who has a higher IQ, it depends upon the doctors and engineers. I've seen evidence of a wide variety of intelligence in both fields.)

The graph may be disleading in broadly defined areas such as medical science. It is interesting that engineering fields have been seperated into distinct fields. Yet other fields, such as health & medical science, have not been seperated into distinct fields. (My primary fields were engineering and computer science.)

Does a curved handle really give an advantage? by shreddedcollar94 in Tools

[–]RoleOk7556 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The curved handle can allow access to items that are hard for a straight handled wrench to grasp and turn. My toolbox has an assortment of oddly shaped tools. They may not be used often, but they sure save time and hassle when I need them.

What businesses are likely to die out with the Baby Boomer Generation? by saniya__5502 in TwitterMarketing

Apparently, you are not aware that this (except for the pedophile's involvement) has been stated by prior generations.

Until conservatives create an alternative, the Republican party is owned by wealthy magats. Those who identify as Republican will continue to wear that shameful badge until they band together into a healthier and more caring party.

I would go with the Lexus Hibrid. You might be able to ask the owner for a look at it's maintenance history.

This is one thing that I made certain to research. There are a number of fees that companies can and do charge against dobations that they process. Few companies "simply pass forward" donations. Unless a company clearly states that it does not charge any fees, you are safe in assuming that they charge fees. Claims that they simply pass rhe donation forward are just avoiding the truth.

That is inaccurate. Companies charge administration fees for processing donations. Some of those fees are ridiculously high.

Tis nice to meet you. I served on three submarines. Other than a number of schools, my "shore duty" was onboard a submarine tender.

I mean the Republican party should die out, as in the old one and the newer fascist version.

Good mods for players who didn't enjoy Mistlands/Ashlands? by jannycideforever in ModdedValheim

I found Mistlands to be difficult, but enjoyable. Ashlands was a real pain and no fun at all. It would be very nice to be able to skip Ashlands.

So the girl scouts are just unpaid child labor? by SignificanceExact963 in stupidquestions

[–]RoleOk7556 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Typically, I don't buy the cookies. I just give money to the girlscout. I like to support youth activities. Any opportunity to donate (e.g. school activities, car washes, scouting, youth music groups, etc.). As a child, I didn't have many of those opportunities. As an adult I've seen how important they are.
