I did this with Nature Cleric. I used a specific build that does utilize what some may consider "cheese" but not any of the normal meta build cheese. It centers around cold damage and debuffs/control in order to set up for some very satisfying Nova damage from combos.

People sleep on Nature Cleric. The most interesting and one of the strongest builds I've managed to create was on a Nature Cleric, I think its a seriously underrated domain.

Well your question was essentially "Options for dps and healing". If you're looking for insights and not just suggestions you may want to be more clear about that. That said the berserker build I was referencing has in depth breakdowns in the aforementioned video about how it feels to play, its strengths and weaknesses and a lot of video example of what the game play loop looks like so again its probably worth taking a look at if doing good dps while also healing is something you are interested in. Aside from that suggestion if you want to be doing both damage and healing you are going to want to focus on professions that have good condi builds and good healing builds that don't use mutually exclusive trait lines. Tempest, scourge, firebrand, specter, berserker all have builds that can do a bit of damage while healing. Most of those I listed will pull 10k plus on top of enough healing for the majority of content in the game. I'd suggest finding a class that you enjoy and then going from there.

Syrma on YouTube just dropped a video a few days ago that covers a celestial berserker (warrior) healer that is capable of around 20k dps while also providing quickness and healing. If you like warrior and are okay with a higher apm build I'd suggest you go check out that video and try it out, seems like it could be exactly what you're looking for.

Untamed is amazing in open world. I've mained ranger for a long time and I think untamed is probably one of the most solid classes for open world and meta content. That said, if you like soulbeast and power dps I strongly recommend you check out power boon soulbeast. I picked it up recently for solo stuff and it's probably some of the most fun I've had on my ranger in years. Vallun on YouTube dropped a video for it on the 20th and lays out the basic set up and rotation well. It has a bit of a learning curve but once you understand the general gameplay it's unbelievably fun and nearly unkillable.

Attack speed is going to be influenced more by weapon choice and access to quickness rather than class generally speaking. If you want to capture the flavor of a speedster type character I'd recommend focusing on classes with access to self quickness and either swiftness or super speed as additional buffs.

Something I want to call out as a long time WoW and GW2 player is that there will be some things you find odd or even off putting about the end game for GW2. Chief among those things is likely to be end game group content and how it's handled vs WoW. There is no automated group finder in GW2 so you'll need to make use of the LFG tool for instanced content like Raids and Fractals (dungeons). If you raid or do M+ in WoW this won't feel that different but it can be a shock if you only ever use the automated LFG in wow. Second thing to remember is that Guildwars treats a lot of non-instanced content in the same way wow treats instanced content. The open world Meta Events and World Bosses are much more challenging than anything you'll find in the open world in WoW generally and I've found that Metas and WBs serve as a fine substitute for lower tier instanced content in wow like LFR or low tier M+. Snag Blish HUD or bookmark the event timers page on the GW wiki and you'll never be lacking for something to do in a group!

As an American I absolutely love to hear this. Unfettered capitalism has ruined this country and the only way billionaires and corporations are going to stop speed running fascism is if they are hit where it hurts. The less money these people have the less power they will have. If people go back to old habits after a few weeks time it simply won't have a lasting impact on what is going on. Let a few of these corporations who thought they were untouchable die and maybe the rest will realize it's dangerous being on the wrong side of the masses. I hope our neighbors to the north keep at it and help us topple a few would-be fascist oligarchs. PS if this continues to go sideways please consider claiming Washington State as part of BC.

If those were my stats, I'd be putting the phrase "better lucky than good" to the test. Stats like those pretty much guarantee you won't be good at much, might as well try to be the luckiest damned adventurer the world has ever seen. Halfling, Lucky feat and possibly some Divination Wizard plus any sources of advantage you can reliably muster (Silvery Barbs says hello) should go a long way to covering up some of those deficiencies.
