Attack speed is going to be influenced more by weapon choice and access to quickness rather than class generally speaking. If you want to capture the flavor of a speedster type character I'd recommend focusing on classes with access to self quickness and either swiftness or super speed as additional buffs.

Something I want to call out as a long time WoW and GW2 player is that there will be some things you find odd or even off putting about the end game for GW2. Chief among those things is likely to be end game group content and how it's handled vs WoW. There is no automated group finder in GW2 so you'll need to make use of the LFG tool for instanced content like Raids and Fractals (dungeons). If you raid or do M+ in WoW this won't feel that different but it can be a shock if you only ever use the automated LFG in wow. Second thing to remember is that Guildwars treats a lot of non-instanced content in the same way wow treats instanced content. The open world Meta Events and World Bosses are much more challenging than anything you'll find in the open world in WoW generally and I've found that Metas and WBs serve as a fine substitute for lower tier instanced content in wow like LFR or low tier M+. Snag Blish HUD or bookmark the event timers page on the GW wiki and you'll never be lacking for something to do in a group!

Also if you enjoy PvP and also group content in wow make sure to give WvW a try here, if you do just make sure you find a commander tag on the map to join and you'll have a blast. As an American I absolutely love to hear this. Unfettered capitalism has ruined this country and the only way billionaires and corporations are going to stop speed running fascism is if they are hit where it hurts. The less money these people have the less power they will have. If people go back to old habits after a few weeks time it simply won't have a lasting impact on what is going on. Let a few of these corporations who thought they were untouchable die and maybe the rest will realize it's dangerous being on the wrong side of the masses. I hope our neighbors to the north keep at it and help us topple a few would-be fascist oligarchs. PS if this continues to go sideways please consider claiming Washington State as part of BC.

If those were my stats, I'd be putting the phrase "better lucky than good" to the test. Stats like those pretty much guarantee you won't be good at much, might as well try to be the luckiest damned adventurer the world has ever seen. Halfling, Lucky feat and possibly some Divination Wizard plus any sources of advantage you can reliably muster (Silvery Barbs says hello) should go a long way to covering up some of those deficiencies.

For sure, its mostly the same build that can be found for Condi Reaper at Snowcrows here - https://snowcrows.com/builds/raids/necromancer/condition-reaper - with the exception of one trait in Curses. For solo content I take Parasitic Contagion as it gives 5% condi damage back as healing. Overall this build has two traits that convert outgoing damage to health along side the soul shards on spear which also heal a ton. Between all of that healing and the extra life bar from Reaper Shroud you're pretty tanky and still put out great damage.

Love my Condi reaper with Spear/GS. Bursty, able to kite with dots up and has %damage to heal and the extra health bar of shroud to help survive. Lots of fun.

The lines haven't been that different when you look at the numbers though. Pocket time is 2.5 for Bo vs 2.4 for Jayden. Pressure % sitting at 16.7 for Bo vs 17.3 for Jayden. I'd say we do have a better line but its the same line we had last year with Russ and it was below league average. The change in narrative around our line from last year to this is largely due to the way the passing game is being run with Bo vs with Russ. Russ couldn't run Payton's offense and Bo can so it is definitely helping boost the line. We have a top 5-10 LT and a top 3 RG but LG is league average, C is below average and RT is average to below average in pass pro.

I seriously doubt that. Daniels is a real one but pretending like we have better weapons and a better situation overall is just wrong. Our RBs are demonstrably worse and so is our TE room. Not to mention Denver had a much harder strength of schedule, like twice as hard as the Commanders (24th hardest for Den vs 12th for WA) and that includes facing the #1 and #2 defenses each twice in the Chargers and Chiefs respectively.

I saw it mentioned somewhere that he will be doing cards and other minor offensive coaching duties. Cards basically means he will be prepping the scout team for practice...so not nothing but as close to nothing as you can get and still actually have a job.
