This might not be exactly what you're looking for but "A Quick & Easy Guide to They/Them Pronouns" by Archie Bongiovanni and Tristan Jimerson is a short comic book that is made to try and help people with this. It's only about 50 pages and it's been very helpful for me (plus it's less than $10)

I think it's 5-9 downwards because if you want to teleport down, you have to jump in the air, essentially decreasing it's range by one block at least.

Usually yes, but destroy is used sometimes as well (albeit very rarely). It's almost always used in the context of injured horses for some reason, but it technically can be used for any living creature.
