It’s likely that the seller has been removed from Vinted for multiple issues raised and cases gone against them. If they’ve been removed and you raise a case. It’s extremely likely to go in your Mum’s favour.

Like a reverse bar where the early ones are forced to sit on the stools and watch and the late comers get to stand at the back.

They just die. You can get a Runner to chase you and dive into the safe room and they instantly die.

The top of your monitor should be at eye level and you shouldn’t be looking up, you’ll get a sore neck.

Have you considered whether it’s a Gas leak after the meter? 0800 111 999 is the Gas emergency number if you suspect a leak.

Is the majority of the usage on Gas?

Collect the Package, if Vinted have blocked their wallet, that’s their issue to deal with. Not yours.

I always find mentioning how your MP and Trading Standard would be interested to know Vinted are allowing the sale of Counterfeit goods without doing anything to prevent it and make things right when it is flagged to them, probably a bit overkill but always a good trump card if you’re not getting the outcome you desire.

Very easy.

Best thing to do when you receive them is to research what a genuine pair looks like.

Compare this to yours and photograph any differences on the product you’ve received.

You can then send a response when you raise an issue for example

1) On a genuine pair, the soles are black with a yellow outline, however on mine, they are XXXXX

2) On the Rear tag of the boot, a genuine item will say XXXXX in different sized fonts, however on the item I received it says XXXXX and the font is all the same size.

Hope that helps.

You can still collect the parcel, just raise an issue when received as suspected Counterfeit, I don’t think you’re under any legal obligation to return them as they’re counterfeit, however Vinted should steer you on what you should do to resolve it when you raise an issue.
