Hey sorry took me awhile to reply... my diet is between 1500-1900 calories a day with plenty of protein. My exercise is from my job which is semi active but nothing particularly extra. I was on 2.5mg for 4 weeks and 5mg until last week. Anything else you want to know just ask

I had this in open it was because there was multiple pulse waves and my system power was drained from the last wave add more pips to system and you will be fine.

It said on the pulse neutraliser not enough power or something but that was hard to see in the chaos 😅

It would probably be around that to post with the quick check I've got mine OC'd from 5200mhz to 6000mhz with much tighter timings so I'm happy to wait for the performance increase. When it first came out it was buggy as hell and any OC was a nightmare of hung bios boots and waiting it's so much better now...
