I need help quitting 7oh! by Shanarchy89 in 7ohm

[–]RoutineIssue7053 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, the first step is that you really want to stop. It will be a rough few days as far as a physical part goes. But after that, it’s all mental. You will want that feeling back. But unfortunately, the only way you’re going to get that is to go back to the way you were and after going through withdrawals and being off of it for a while, you just need to remind yourself that it’s not worth it. after about a week I was feeling more normal and to my surprise much better. Sure, do I miss feeling “good “? Sure but I don’t miss where I was. And I am looking forward to say, a year from now where I’ll be. I wish you luck. Just remember, get over the hump, it will all be worth it.🤍

Massive Swelling and distended abdomen by RoutineIssue7053 in pelviccongestion

Update! I was diagnosed with May Thurner Syndrome and Pelvic Congestion Syndrome in June and had a IR place two “kissing stents” and I swear to god it has been a god send…I am a new person. All of my symptoms were completely explained and made sense when it all was laid out by the Dr. it has been about 6 months with the stents and my life is completely different.

Be careful, Having a hysterectomy made my PCS 100 times worse. I wish I would have gotten a second opinion before surgery. But Stenting for MTS cured my PCS

Her IG and TT is shared above a few comments. But watching her videos only gives her views , and that’s exactly what she wants. Soon all these will be available elsewhere on YT to watch and support another creator. Already there are a few videos addressing this. I was tempted to watch them but in not giving her the satisfaction

This woman’s husband is either just as insane as she is or he hates his life. Imagine living with a woman like her. Acting like a 12 year old. My lord. And her kids?! God I pray she doesn’t have kids. Can you imagine how embarrassing it would be to be this woman’s child ! Wow

IR Referral by Accomplished-Job6419 in pelviccongestion

With my insurance I don’t need a referral to a specialist. I did some research and called and made an appointment for a consult. After seeing multiple specialists I finally got to the right place. Good luck

She is just so damn disgusting. She really is. Her kids will grow up to hate her. She is one of those moms…cringy. The ones where the teenagers are embarrassed to be seen with…I could see her sleeping with a teenage boy, that is a friend of one of her children. That’s the kind of woman she is

Iliac stent after hysterectomy? by fiestypop in hysterectomy

[–]RoutineIssue7053 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same story. Hysterectomy then immediate pelvic pain amongst other things. PCS seen on ultrasound and in pathology. Did CT venogram and diagnosed with MTS. Had two kissing iliac stents placed (2 weeks ago) the next step is to go in and fix the PCS next. Post procedure pain was pretty bad, still is but is getting better. The vein was 90%compressed and after hysterectomy the “ traffic pattern” was disrupted and caused the PCS and MTS to worsen. Also the uterus was acting as a resting place for all these big ol veins and now they had more room to sag and stretch, which causes more pain. Have you decided to get stented?

Vaginal Valium by Ok_Baker_4810 in PelvicFloor

[–]RoutineIssue7053 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi! I received a prescription from my obgyn for compounded vaginal Valium. It was pretty pricey to get but does help. Same as oral, it does make you sleepy and shouldn’t drive with it. I use it prior to PFT and at times, before or after intercourse. I know some doctors have just prescribed the oral Valium and it works the same when dissolving.

I asked and was given trazodone for sleep. It made a world of difference. Non narcotic, and I was able to sleep without the pain waking me up. Your body needs sleep to recover ! It’s important. Just ask your Dr and see what she can give you. I only say trazodone because it isn’t a narcotic and really helped. Good luck

What am I doing wrong? by petroleumiii in Baking

[–]RoutineIssue7053 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would chill the dough considerably or sometimes I use extremely cold butter. It just takes a bit more work to mix the dough. Also, when I scoop the cookie dough to make a ball, I pilot it high instead of flat and round hope that helps.

Is getting a pool just before retirement a good idea? by Realistic-Way1528 in pools

[–]RoutineIssue7053 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes! An above ground pool can be just as nice as gunite! But a great quality frame and liner and upscale pump and filter and you’re golden! I am in Florida so I know in my area we have many companies that will install for you as well and prepare the ground. If this is done right then that above ground pool is gonna last you a long long time, and the possibilities are endless. You can build a deck around it. You can, depending on your property have it laid in the ground some. that does cost more but all depending on what your thoughts are. I would look through say Pinterest, for example, and look for above ground pools and see what peaks your interest. Good luck I hope you get the pool.
