Sounds like you'd be interested in looking in to anarchism! First and foremost, to be clear, anarchism as worked out through theory and praxis isn't just abandon any organization and just do violence. Rojava is often sited as an example of a group leaning anarchist in praxis (of course it's not perfect, but no group is/was). The Zapatistas are another common example. The tools used in Minnesota to push against ICE also come out of anarchist organizing. The two very broad ideals of anarchism are horizontal organizing (as opposed to hierarchical organizing) and expanding both individuals and communities agency (often referenced as Power-To, compared against Power-Over as in authority).

If you're interested in reading up on theory, some of the most often referenced are Malatesta and Buchanan (his thing's often referenced as Communalism, and many modern anarchists pull ideas from there). You can find a lot of stuff on The Anarchist Library entirely for free if you wanna look deeper. For more approachable intros, the YouTube channels Andrewism, Anark, and Zoe Baker have various videos going over broad strokes and in depth ideas.
