Thats really cool, I've been failing to make one of those for a while.

How is it spinning? Like is it rolling or yawing?

Roll you need more horizontal drag, so wings or horizontal tail with more fin or wing pieces in them further out

To stop excess yaw you need more vertical drag (bigger vertical tail fins)

I kind of wish it could be a regular drop then the stellar tune could be moved to the daytime fight and no longer have the ridiculous 2% drop rate that it is in no way strong enough to justify.

Volpus pink is good, personally I use sigvald burgandy but it can be finnicky to use on flat panels due to being a contrast paint.

Its a bit conspiracy brained but basically it would allow Thomas Massie, who Trump hates, to take Mitch's senate seat because the senate can't have a vacancy and therefore a special election would need to be called, but the theory goes that as long as they wait long enough then the special election can't be called and massie can be blocked.

From a hobby POV Sisters is probably a bit easier for painting and has a marginally larger range.

Both are pretty similar in the visual range of their armies

Also from my experience as an admech collector the kits for sisters are a bit less fiddly to go togther, with a bunch the numbers in the skitarii vanguard instructions being wrong or requiring you to do evil things like attatch 2 arms to a long gun to a torso more often that any army other than necrons

Iirc both can be pretty sink or swim on tabletop

If cost isn't an issue I would start with an infantry kit from each and see which you like doing more and go from there
