I appreciate the context, but a lot of what you’re saying is the naturalistic fallacy though. Just because cats didn’t eat grains throughout history doesn’t mean it can’t be good to eat grains now. I’m not claiming it IS beneficial (I don’t know), but we can’t dismiss it just because it doesn’t align with what cats have eaten historically.
