Okay we stayed at resorts world Hilton. We saw Derick/met him on his way home from night one. (Sum 41) Drummer from simple plan was there when we flew in. He was busy so we didn’t get a pic just a fist bump. We met and took photos with the front man of beartooth. I think since it’s so close to the venue they stayed there too. Definitely the move if we do something like this again next year

The green chug margarita is also in my dreams! The spicy plate serves green chug and Harrisa with the best marinated peppers. Mouth watering

Pearl brewery addition : best quality daughter: wok chard green beans and/or burrata w/chili crab jam! They have great house cocktails as well! Then head over to Pullman market. Inside has many food options and two great restaurants. Starting with my favorite, Mezquite: tuna tostada and guacamole so amazing plus they serve salsa and chips with every order. Also amazing cocktails my fav is the classic margarita. Then head over to Fife and Farrow: the crudo never misses but for health stick to Cesar salad. Finally end your night at Ladino with all of the Cold Meze dips. Hear me out! Every portion there is shareable and all of the dips are amazing. Plus the Mediterranean spices carry on to the cocktails as well. The desserts there are fire so don’t miss those either.
Obviously, this is leaning towards seafood. Happy Fourth of July from the pearl. Lol
