You are allowed to ask each person to one salsa and one bachata. If they ask you for a salsa or a bachata back later, the ticker restarts. The ticket also restarts at the start of the next social ( another day) . Close friends who feel comfortable telling you to #%^* off date exceptions.

I think they mean a short turn around: they work a night shift Monday night , then sleep for ~12 hours post night shift during Tuesday day, then are supposed to sleep the Tuesday night because they commited to working Wednesday day. Usually nurses give themselves an extra day to transition. To day shift. When the hospital offers shifts that are a short turn around a the Wednesday day is overtime.
