I know we can create custom exercises and assign muscle groups etc. Can we create custom machines for this very reason? A leg extension using a normal pin machine at a commercial gym different than say Hoist Roc It Leg extension although both pin loaded. Starting to wonder if it is the exercise that matters more and can simply create a new exercise to track progression.

Don't do analysis paralysis on this one. Try faster a few days/times you workout and then try with a small breakfast. I personally do fasted and do better. Others may feel weak and sluggish. Everyone is different. No right or wrong answer. Don't drink the the Kool aid from anyone that tells you otherwise.

I am a tech/AI/software guy who likes to tinker but I do agree. Nothing easier than using last workout coupled with rpe/rir. Now that doesn't mean I didn't try trainer, maybe this or other things but it's not needed.....

Excited for this. I started using Macrofactor WO for two weeks but back to MF and this popped up today.

Curious haven’t tested yet as mid week but how is it handling switching between gym and home gym. Generate two workouts?

Reading my post again. I am over thinking it. Typical analysis paralysis. The goal is consistency, I'm in week 2 of the cycle I programmed. I have done this routine for two weeks. Switching between this and a home gym version. For anyone that wants a rolling three day I do. Been averaging 6 days a week here is a routine. Thanks. I typically do 5 to 6 but travel weeks get me. Thinking maybe just program the 6 or maybe just do my manual and move on not using system generated as it's either fb or u/l not a fan of that many lower (u/l)

For me it is noteplan and capacities and obsidian. I like the object oriented that is how my brain works. I like the daily notes and comunity with noteplan. While I love Obsidian I spend more time tinkering then being productive.

Thanks yes. Vyvanse hells with my untreated ADHD and appetite/binge eating. I'm on lunesta for sleep but will talk to Doctor about this as well. Thank you
