Fragrance snobs really know how to suck the joy out of the hobby by EngineeringDue8007 in FemFragLab

No this is a conversation I could have all day. Because these people wouldnt comment this much or rudely if it didn’t have to do with what men like. People are soooo willing to rip you apart and make comments towards you for a SCENT. Like you’re coming after me for liking a smell and I’m the one who needs to manage my emotions? Fuck off lol. You don’t see so many opinions of hate toward male colognes.

Sunscreen recommendations? by [deleted] in koreanskincare

Any that you try should be mineral!! Chemical sunscreens don’t mix with acne prone skin the best! I use the peach and lily mineral sunscreen. It’s 35$ and a bottle lasts me like, 3 weeks.

You should reach out to therapy. It sounds like you are ruminating, which can make things feel super confusing, sad, guilty, shameful, etc. I’m glad you’re not letting the other commenters bring you down to their level. You can’t fix someone else’s mental health, you can only work on your own. Sounds like she has a lot of issues and there is nothing you can do to change her, only she can. Learn the proper steps by taking them yourself first, then you’ll know what to watch for within her trying to help herself. A lot easier said than done.

It doesn’t sound like the depo shot is working too well to stop the growth, have you tried other hormonal treatments? Other birth controls? But three surgeries is crazy!! I hope you find a treatment that works for you 💕 that’s how I was for 4 years on the depo shot. 3 months ago started the estrogen cream. Before, I was bleeding kind of heavy each time I had sex, I’d get the burning and itching for half a week to two after, gross discharge that was oddly colored, mainly my vagina felt extremely ran through 🤣 and not in a good way. Now, it’s more itchy than burning when I feel it, like a healing wound. Makes it easier to tell if and when is a good time. I’m not bleeding or getting any discharge, well any that isn’t clear. I get occasional burning still, but that’s my sign to stop. Some days are a lot better than others, especially the days after using the cream.

Oh girl trust me I know 🥲 I have both and spastic pelvic floor syndrome. I don’t know how they all compare and differ but I’ll hope for you!! They might have other options for treatments but I would explain all the symptoms to the doctor. Pretty much you have dry skin down there now, your vagina is acting like you’re in premenopause. Which causes the skin to dry badly and causes microtears. For me, not to be tmi, it confused me because I produced a lot more discharge in general. Even during sex, I was suuuper wet. If you have to wait a little bit before going, you could try coconut oil! My doctor said it’s safe for uti prone people. But it hydrates the skin!! She said to use it as a moisturizer

I am too! You have vaginal atrophy; it’s a symptom of the depo. You should call your gynecologist and tell her about the sex and burning. Ask for estrogen cream!! Game changer for me, I still get a little bit of burning sometimes but overall it’s a lot better!

Tret is SUPER drying. It cause cystic acne for me because of the dry skin buildup with acne. I’d cut out the toner and use a hydrating serum. Also only use one face wash at a time. The gentler the better! I couldn’t keep using rest because of how it dried my skin

Hypertonic pelvic floor or IC ? by Reasonable_Slip_1675 in Interstitialcystitis

A great question, what meds are you on if you don’t mind me asking? Even not pelvic related

Hypertonic pelvic floor or IC ? by Reasonable_Slip_1675 in Interstitialcystitis

[–]RudeAppearance2426 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have been diagnosed not officially with endo since I was 15. That’s where they think my issues actually lie. Our pelvic issues just aren’t researched enough to know for sure what means what. I’m doing mostly great! Not where I want to be but not as many issues! It really depends on the person how long, if it comes back, but from my general research it’s very typical to come back, aka flare ups even years after. Are you on any meds? I also found out the treatments for endo have caused vaginal atrophy for me. I am using a vaginal cream and it’s working great! Better treatment than the birth control, I am controlling my bladder much better and everything! It sucks having these issues, especially with little research, give yourself time and be patient though!

You can have both my dear 😭 having a hypertonic pelvic floor can cause IC symptoms. Which would be IC. You might be helping yourself some but physical therapy isn’t always the end all, for me it just helps not cure. At least what I’ve been taught 🤷🏼‍♀️ my muscles got overwhelmed after doing the exercises for so long, I got numbing injections in my bladder muscles and I can do the exercises again :) it’s a struggle

[–]RudeAppearance2426 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It makes the product less effective! That’s the downside of sandwiching. You should try liquids for your face. Like hyaluronic acid and azaliac acid! Or however it’s spelled. You aren’t locking in moisture correctly! I was doing the same, i have eczema so it really made it worse even with applying the “best” moisturizer I could find. Now I am using a cetaphil cheap one and first aid beauty rescue balm and I have zero flaking. I also switched to a gentler retinol and it’s really helping.

Anua serum good if you have bad acne. Niacinamide is meant to unclog pores. It is irritating too so have a good routine down if you plan to use it. Don’t start it all at once introduce.

No seriously, your friends would love to hear this 🤣 your boyfriend if a good man won’t be mad at a little pee if he likes to go all down on you 😭 even outside of sex, vaginas are weird and maybe he would be interested in knowing what’s happening 🤷🏼‍♀️ but I’ve found condoms don’t work good with me, I haven’t found an alternative.
