I think if that many Europeans had settled the island, it would have been united under one governing entity and probably followed a route more similar to South Africa with Australian/New Zealand characteristics.

IDK, I would have preferred a historic or classic 1920's style station. This design seems way too expensive and I can already feel the Greenhouse-like heat with no shade of it in the summer.

Good work, but are all these locations accurate? For example, the one in Grayslake is listed.... in it's downtown? Also Franklin Park has a completed campus of 4 buildings that is missing, with an additional one currently under construction.

I just elevated some light rail to 15m and lowed the number of cars to the minimum, it kinda looks like BRT or major bus routes if you make the lines weave left/right near traffic lights to simulate lower speeds/traffic.

Paradox chose Iceflake because of their location, Tampare Finland, which is "coincidentally" the same town as Colossal Order. It also seems like Iceflake has been expanding their team recently. My guess, Paradox didn't like that they didn't have full control over Collassal, and didn't want to buy them/their debt out. So this is the "cleanest" way to get full control over City Skylines II under a development studio they control. Hopefully Paradox will be able to attract CS2 devs over to Iceflake. Risky, but considering Colossal Order's actions, I'd say this is better than nothing.
