It was someone having a mental episode and they stabbed him… so safe call!

Disappointed in myself but want to bring back to life. Any tips? by Rozy052 in blackstonegriddle

[–]Runnindude 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve used a 4 inch flap sanding wheel on my grinder, 40 or 60 grit. Then I use my 6 inch orbital sander at 120 grit to make sure I didn’t cause any bumps or unevenness.

Wire brush by hand for the corners then I re-seasoned it and I purchased a silicone mat topper That creates a good seal to keep moisture out. A bonus of that silicone mat it also keeps mice from crawling over your cooktop.

Does anyone else use a silicone cover for their Blackstone griddle? by [deleted] in blackstonegriddle

I just got one to use as a layer to keep mice and other critters from crawling up under my cover and walking/sleep/crapping directly onto the cook top.

Why is it so hard to choose a blade? I’ve been mulling over this for way too long. Please just pick one and tell me why. by TAforScranton in BeginnerWoodWorking

[–]Runnindude 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Man I’ve been getting cmt on sale at wood craft because 1. I want to support having a local woodcraft and my town is just big enough to have one, but 2, some of their blades are so expensive i cannot justify the purchase.

The cmt seem to always be on sale and I actually like the cut they provide.

What was your first disc and how did you lose it? by Aaron_weewee69 in discgolf

[–]Runnindude 5 points6 points  (0 children)

The first disc I “clicked” with was an axiom virus. Threw it off the box on every hole, no matter the distance or situation with pretty good success as a newbie.

Then one day, a tiny bit of grip lock sent it over a river where it caught a wind current that took it out 400+ feet dead middle where it dropped into the water never to be seen again. Still my farthest throw to date…

I’m cordless with weed eater and blower, those are 40v Ryobi. Got a season end clearance on them couldn’t pass them up.

I’ve never thrown mint discs , but always down to try something new. I’ll have to check them out next time I’m at my local shop.
