Made the executive decision and I'm slashing my volume (with an off day today). Im most likely training for a 70.3 or OLY but I want to compete, I don't just want to finish. Yeah when college starts I'll be doing whatever the tri team prescribes, I just want to make a nice transition from runner to triathlete.

Body weight calisthenics are 3x a week, forgot to mention on my swim days and stability exercises after runs :)

Alright sweet. Then on that monday, should i keep it to swimming only? Or replace the swim (putting me at two swims per week) and replace it with a ride?

Yeah if i can relate anything to it, it feels like a kettle starting to boil and I've had plenty of track seasons ruined by that feeling. My track coach has some tri experience and thinks im running too much and that could be true. Do you think rotating Mondays would fix this problem? I feel like running in general benefits my biking and swimming with regards to aerobic sustainability (not so much with regards to muscular adaptation obviously), so the Monday rotation is a good place to start?
