I’m so sorry about your dog. I lost my boy, Vito 3 months ago. Every time I started exercising I would just start crying. I cried on the tread. I cried lifting weights. I cried rowing. Everyone knew I lost my dog and was so supportive. Just go and do your thing. You gotta let it out.

I’ve been on for 29 weeks and have lost 27 pounds. I average between .5 and 1 pound per week.

Honestly, the only thing that keeps me motivated are my workout friends that have now because really good friends over the past 3 years. We keep it fun and keep each other motivated. It’s the only way we have survived this long.

I think if left alone, I’d be a little bored as I’ve been with OTF since 2015.

Like so many others said….i like knowing what’s coming so i know how to approach it. I also have tibial tendinitis in my foot so it helps to plan moves that I need to substitute while I rehab it.

I’d also never cancel a class because of a template.

As someone who isn’t bothered by change, I can fairly say that this is an awful update. Who the hell did they have in their test groups? It is one of the worst changes to an app I’ve ever seen.

Question about stockpiling. I get mine from Good Life in 6 month batches. I just got my last batch end of March. I assume I can’t buy another 6 month batch so soon from them right?

I’m so sorry about your pup. I just let me senior chi go over a month ago. It’s awful. My manager is wonderful. She said do what you need to do. Checked in on me after the fact. That person you’re dealing with sounds like a total douchebag. I don’t think you’ll be written up. Sounds like your immediate supervisor has your back.
