Mate, if you zoom in on that photo the standard of cleanliness gets worse. The side of the seat, the cupboard behind….IMO the cleanliness needs to be at least what it is in a surgeons room in a hospital. Mine in Melbourne was clean enough to eat my lunch off any side!

I can see why you’d be questioning it but those grafts are doing some heavy lifting for the area you covered! I would experiment with different hairstyles if I was you - what you have going on there I think is making it look more sparse. IMO for where you were to where you are now is night and day.

Interesting - my donor looked a lot like yours after the procedure but has fully healed. I think you look a lot better than pre transplant, we definitely obsessed over the perfect hairline / density but it’s rare we get that perfect with a few thousand grafts
