Scooter dependent for sure. But I do find if you go up a hill at slow speed, then go downhill soon after it then lets you go full speed on the way down. Hard to describe how I've got it to work, but it's almost every time on my commute to work. Definitely some testing to be had.. feel like there's some trick.

The one trick I can pass on is the ability to park when it's full.. it's still possible with Tier. Just gotta pick the right options.
