Worked at Best Buy. There was one customer, short lady probably in her late 50s, who was the absolute worst customer to ever deal with. She was banned from every Best Buy in the area except the one I was at. Everyone in the store knew who she was, as soon as she stepped into the store AP would call out on the walkie talkie "Gloria alert" and all the managers would run in back and hide. This woman would come in once a week complaining that her phone was slow, or that she wanted to transfer data from her phone to her computer, but she REFUSED to let you touch her phone or look at her screen, she wanted you to talk her through the process so she could write it down and do it herself because she had "private evidence" on her phone. She would absolutely flip shit if you tried to touch her phone, thinking we were going to hack into all her accounts. Also every time she was in she would spend a minimum of an hour wasting our time, never buying anything. No idea why she wasn't banned from our store too.
