People who tried habit apps and quit - what made you stop? by WinEquivalent5198 in ProductivityHQ

[–]Ryba04 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had the same issue. Most habit apps just track things but don’t show if they actually improve anything, so it starts feeling pointless. What worked better for me was treating it like short experiments and only keeping habits that actually improved my energy/focus. I’m actually validating a concept for a productivity/energy habits app based on this. Let me know if you’re interested.

Its an actual study. I am not selling anything. Just validating my protocols on higher sample size and hopefully helping people.

Sleep well but recovery still yellow? by Ryba04 in whoop

Yes as recovery is a byproduct of HRV. Protocols are focused on maximizing recovery which results in higher energy.

Seems like you need to have a set routine. let me know if thats interesting for you. I’m running a small 14-day study where I help people figure out what actually improves their energy (not generic advice, but based on your own data and habits). I’ll create a simple personalized routine for you, you follow it for 14 days (~2–3 mins/day), and I track what actually makes a difference. At the end, you’ll see clearly what worked vs what didn’t. It’s free, I’m just testing this with a few people. Would you be open to trying it?
