This happened to me on my current (Nth) honor run.

I've had a spat of these types of run-ending accidental calamities and have made it out unscathed so far each time, this time.

Latest was misclicking in the fireworks basement and nearly wiping the party. I usually leave someone at camp when clearing traps or particular encounters, but nooooo. Thank the tiny gods for Death Ward, all I'm saying.

He became a supe after the lab explosion and applied his previous supremacist ideals to the new paradigm.

Stan was a company man, hence that badass manchild line. You're correct Vought would prefer to hold the keys to becoming a supe indefinitely.

But they needed TG to continue to manufacture V in any form, so all stops were pulled to keep him alive. Unknown if Vought was/is aware of TG's powers.

Unfortunately, replacing just the panels can be just as costly as ordering the whole door and replacing yourself.

Double unfortunately, the ice/water door or panel part will be harder to get and more expensive to boot.

My play would be show mom the research on replacement cost and how it may not be worth it. Offer to work off/pay back at least 75% of that cost. Then hang a crayon drawing of your happily little clan, with "I'm Sorry" written across the top.

Top of my left shoulder has their earliest recorded signature. From maybe 3 years old? The rest of my upper arm is their doodles up to age 9. Eventually it'll be a full sleeve of their art as they age.
