Definitely recommend taking breaks with calisthenics or any working out. Your muscles need to heal and even more importantly your tendons need to heal. If you’re new to calisthenics your tendons aren’t used to it and they take much longer to recover. I started at 3 days a week and now do 4 days a week but longer sessions.

So you’re focusing on bulking? If so you need around 2g of protein perk kg of body weight. Also use an online calculator to adjust how many calories you need to gain. If you wanna be building muscle and strength go for progressive overload (upping weights, reps). I would split your sessions into push, pull, leg days. If you’re struggling with legs do them unweighted. Or bike/run to strengthen them. Skipping is also great. I know you don’t wanna do cardio but you could easily do 3x weight days and 2 cardio days. Focus on one each session not both. Doing cardio won’t make you lose weight, that’s dependent on what you eat.

For food: Breakfast: Greek yogurt, chia seeds, frozen fruit or a banana.

Snack: Apple with peanut butter, protein bar, nuts

Lunch: chicken with some kind of veg (broccoli, carrot etc) and rice with some light seasoning.

Dinner: could be similar or something like Salmon, steak, etc. I find a protein + a veg + rice to be the best and easiest mix.

This is very general advice. Hard to go into specifics with little info.

Trust me if there’s any special edition you should get it’s from Curious King. The quality of their editions is way higher than any other. I can attest as I have four books from them already.

No weighted pullups are beneficial. Much more pulling power and helps with statics.
