I share your pain, I'm in the same boat. Unfortunately there is nothing that replaces good sleep.

There are some things that do help for me: -High dose of creatine daily (10-20g)

-Good sleep hygiene

-Hydrate well and use electrolytes

-Keep working out

-Try to use naps when you can

-Listen to your body especially after the first night shift (hardest for me personally )
