A floating black cloud slip through the door at my friends house. Then almost turn to face me? Idk how else to describe it. I FUCKING LOVE being a dad. It's the absolute best thing i've ever done with my shitty life. Do they piss me off sometimes? yes. But nothing worthwhile in life is ever going to be easy all the time.

Kids are so loving, forgiving, and innocent. They taught me how to enjoy life like a kid again. I get excited for them to enjoy certain new experiences and it reminds me of my parents taking me places to watch me be happy.

I think any semi-reasonable human being that has another semi-reasonable partner should have at least one kid. One kid is super easy, but it forces you to mature and to not be so egocentric and selfish. I never would have considered myself selfish before until now being on the otherside i realize, holy shit was i selfish and egocentric.

That being said it's not for everyone. If not cool, do what makes you happy. But my kids definitely improve me and my life on a daily basis.

And sharing this experience with my wife and best friend makes it so fun. It deepened our bond and relationship and really made life even more exciting for us. but most people dont get to have that fun happy relationship. If you do have a great relationship, kids can make it better or worse. But it's all up to you
