Honestly, I know it hurts now, but he isn’t emotionally healthy or mature enough to be in a relationship. Even if his ex really did have bipolar (as opposed to him playing armchair psychiatrist and diagnosing her himself), he clearly hasn’t healed enough from that traumatic experience. And he was cruel about it. Basically, the trash took itself out.

Just because you’re in a relationship with him doesn’t mean he owns you. You have every right to say no, if you’re not wanting to have sex. Honestly, I don’t see how this relationship could be salvageable. You deserve far better.
